Creg Beach Developments
Cregg Beach is an exclusive development of 13 holiday homes in Lahinch, Co. Clare. Overlooking the sea, this exciting development required an identity and a brochure that would best reflect these spectacular seafront properties.
Once the identity was designed, the format of the brochure was then agreed upon. A luxurious uncoated stock was chosen and the logo was embossed on the cover to give a real sense of quality and style.
A fold-out page was introduced to show the technical specifications of each house type, while a muted colour palette and carefully selected lifestyle imagery was used to give a real sense of a sanctuary by the sea to the discerning purchaser. Development signage and press advertising was also created to ensure that all the promotional material relating to the development was of the same high standard.
